Our Mission

DCCA aims to be the central hub of the neighbourhood for fostering community spirit, engagement and pride, while reflecting the values of unity, inclusivity, accessibility, social and environmental health, safety, and responsibility.

Our Goals:

• Informing community members about happenings in Deep Cove and around it

• Presenting a strong unified voice to the District and City of North Vancouver 

• Supporting the local economy and facilitating sponsorships between DCCA and local businesses

• Engaging and consulting with our community on various issues and developments 

• Promoting genuinely sustainable living, improved environmental standards and activities

• Promoting barrier free access in public areas

• Connecting community members to the local resources available

• Maintaining a neutral political stance
